The Inventory Module provides facilities to track items for an order, gives instant visibility on item availability, automatically reorders an item when it falls below reorder point and supports all inventory transactions via adjustments, disbursements, recoveries, receipts, returns to vendor and physical inventory.

The Inventory Management system is an integrated system designed to perform the following basic functions:

- Establish and maintain inventory information
- Perform Physical Inventory
- Perform Cycle counting

The integrated Sales module manages prospects, proposals, follow ups and proposal revisions. In addition once a proposal is confirmed, and order is automatically created and dispatched to the appropriate queue.
